Annehurst Pool 2015 Season is in full swing

What is new for 2015 at Annehurst Pool?
Pool membership changes for 2015 include: Couples with children (ages 2 and under) can buy a family membership at the couple rate and seniors can purchase a membership for $50 each. Other ways to enjoy the pool are by enrolling in swim lessons, taking water aerobics classes or having your children join the Piranhas Swim Team. Looking for a place to have your next birthday celebration? Pool members can reserve the patio (2 hour block) once per season for free. Have a bigger event, like a graduation or gathering? The pool can be rented out; price depends on the size and length of the party. Limited dates are available. Want to have a family cookout at the pool? AVRA residents can reserve the patio area with grill for just $30.

Annehurst residents that have paid their 2015 $60 assessment get 2 free family days passes (no membership required). No paper pass needed, just come up to the pool, and check in with the guards, they will have you on the resident list. Current residents can also purchase single day passes for $8.00 or buy a multi-pass that gives you 10 passes for $50.00.

Our hope is to increase membership, given that the pool still relies on pool memberships for its operating expenses, and that this is a financially workable solution that will meet everyone’s needs.

Over the next few months we will be gearing up for a full summer of Annehurst fun.  Here is what we have on the calendar so far…

· Steak & Ale Party – July 25th, A fun time open to all Annehurst residents
· Annual Members Meeting (and board elections): July 30th, 7:00 pm at Annehurst Pool
