Steak & Ale Adult Pool Party

WHEN: Saturday, July 29th, 2023
WHERE: Annehurst Pool (711 Granby Pl W, Westerville, OH 43081)

Open to all: Annehurst Village, Spring Hollow, River Trace, Overlook, Bigham Estates, and their guests aged 21 and older only.
As more details develop for this upcoming event they will be shared on Facebook, Nextdoor, and Annehurst.com.

Bill Streetman is spearheading this event. He could use help in a variety of areas. (picking up supplies, day of setup, cooking, cleanup etc.) If you would be able to help, please email Bill at bill.streetman@annehurst.com.

EVENT DETAILS:
Ticket Pricing: $40 per person.
Tickets are on sale at the Annehurst pool July 9th and every day during regular pool hours.
Deadline for Ticket Sales – Monday, July 24th, 2023 – NO TICKET SALES AT THE DOOR.

Meal Preference Options: Steak or Chicken – please identify your preference when you purchase your ticket(s).

Please bring a dish to share, your own table setting and silverware (a steak knife is HIGHLY recommended).

End of Summer Pool Party

We will host our 3rd annual End of Summer Pool Party! We will have complimentary food and beverages (while supplies last), and music from Scotty Boombox! J-Pops will be onsite from 6:00-7:30pm for you to purchase sweet popsicle treats!

This free event is open only to Annehurst residents, Annehurst Pool members (residents & associate) & their guests. Address/Membership will be checked at the door.

Call for Nominations

The call for Nominations for the 2023-2025 AVRA Board of Trustees is still open. This year there are two board positions up for election – each position is a two-year term. If you are interested or would like to nominate a resident, send an email to the AVRA.
