Join Annehurst in bringing a great summer to an end. Lolla-POOL-ooza is open to the entire neighborhood, including our friends from Springhollow, River Trace, Bigham Estates and the Overlook. NO POOL MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED

This years event features the live band “STELLA IN THE CAN” featuring Annehurst’s own Dave Hodges!

COSTS:
Vehicle Cruise-in/show Cost: $5.00 donation
Family Fun FREE! No pool membership required.
Family Cookout – Bring a side dish to share – Hamburgers/hotdogs, drinks and condiments funished by the AVRA ($20.00 max per family)
$3.00 pp before August 31st
$4.00 pp day of event
Adult Party
$15 pp before August 31st
$20 at the door

This day of family fun event requires help from residents to assure that everyone has a good time.

How can you help?
1. Shop for food and drinks
2. Gather door prizes for raffle
3. Organize and run games/crafts for the kids.
4. Help register vehicles for the car/vehicle show
5. Meet and greet at the gate.
6. Take money/distribute wristbands for the Family Cookout &Adult Party
7. Set-up the morning
8. Help set up tables for pot-luck
9. Help cook burgers and hotdogs
10. Clean up Sunday morning

NONE of these items will be an all-day task, we just need help to ensure that everyone has a good time.

SCHEDULE
10:00AM – 12:00PM: SET UP – set up:
Can always use some muscle and brains to get ready!
12 PM – 3PM: Vehicle Cruise-in/show Cost – $5.00 Donation Located on the lawn in front of the pool. Bring your classic, sports car, truck or motorcycle so attendees can vote on their favorite. Prizes for Top 3.,
12PM – 4PM: Family Fun Cost – FREE Bring the family up
to the pool to swim, play games or just enjoy the last days
of summer. No pool membership required.
4:30PM – 6:00: Family Cookout – Cost: $3.00 per person before 8/31 $4.00 day of ($20.00 max per family.) Hamburgers/Hotdogs/Brats and Soda will be served. Please bring a dish to share and table service. (no glass please.)
6PM: Kids/Family Karaoke and Games.
7PM: KIDS LEAVE
7:30PM: 12AM: Adults Only – Cost $15 per person until August 31 ($20.00 at the door). Beer and wine will be served.
Between Sets – Drawing for the raffle prizes, 50/50 drawing and adult games
8:30 PM: Live Band – Adults only
10PM: Second Set – Adults only
12PM: END
