- Outstanding HOA Fees:
-Eight(8) accounts collected through legal action -$8,800 Total
-Six(6) accounts with balances, but held for home sale
- Spoke with attorney about enforceability for property concerns/violations
- Newsletter:
-Available end of February
-Events: Easter Egg Hunt, Yard Sale, Re-Use-a-Palooza, Pool Clean Up Day, Summer Fridays, Summer Kick Off Party, Adult Volleyball Tournament, Kids Volleyball Tournament, Annehurst Pool Birthday Bash, Dive-in Movie
-Events: increase number of events, increase number of volunteers/help for events
-Discussion about making advertising and a map available that shows residents homes that are taking part in the yard sale
-Yard sale date: possibly 06/13/2026
- Pool Maintenance:
-American Leak
-One leak found; strong possibility of a second leak
-To be remediated
-Pool filter cleaning with a company from Dayton, OH
-Cost: approximately $900 (annually ?)
-Second level pressure test
-potentially not until Labor Day
-Pool resurfacing
-Pump maintenance
-New chairs- -buying vs. renting

-Create/paint safe pathway/crosswalk from Annehurst Pool bike rack, through parking lot, up to pool entrance
-Contact “Berry Camp” about parking situation and parking lot safety during their summer camp around Annehurst Pool

-Marty Freado (Annehurst resident) discussion about City of Westerville ordinance pertaining to snow/ice removal
-Snow removal volunteers
-Honeysuckle removal event
8. – Advertising inside pool privacy fence violates AVRA’s non-profit status (?)
-Privacy fence covering purchased by AVRA vs. Westerville Parks original offering
-Discussion about how to include areas such as Bakerlake and Lori Lane, etc. into Annehurst/AVRA
-Discussion on how to notify other nearby neighborhoods about Annehurst Pool
-Discussion on increasing HOA fees in 2027
-Discussion on increasing Annehurst Pool membership fees – board voted to increase the fees by 5% across the board
-Annehurst Pool staff uniforms
